Along with the development of economic society, science and technology, assistive technology also plays a key role in the daily life of people with disabilities. The attention government has attached to assistive devices and equipment also presents the significance of assistive devices.
China Disabled Person’s Federation associates with different industries and has appointed China Assistive Devices and Technology Center for Persons with Disabilities to promote development of China’s assistive industry.
On Jun. 20, 2016, Humaneotec signed an agreement with China Assistive Devices and Technology Center for Persons with Disabilities to set up Virtual (VR) Service Platform Construction and Research Center of China Assistive Technology Research Institute.
The center will give priority to the research and development of VR assistive device service platform, and tap the force of scientific and technological innovation so as to accelerate the implement the strategy to promote assistive devices internationally.
To positively respond to “Construct a well-off society comprehensively” said by Chairman Xi Jingping, all the disabled people should be there. That is the guarantee and improvement of their lives.
