As a symbol of social harmony and civil progress, helping the disabled also is the epitome of coordinated development of national and regional economic society. A harmonious society should be human oriented. The disabled is a part of China, and helping them is a part of socialism. They are both the builders and creators of a harmonious society, who can enjoy the happy life in harmonious society. Only when more disabled people got help, the society can get much closer to be harmonious.
